Trump Allegedly Used Offensive Term for Harris During Private Talks

Former President Donald Trump is reported to have used a derogatory term commonly aimed at women to refer to Vice President Kamala Harris in at least two private conversations. Trump’s campaign, however, has denied these claims.

According to The New York Times, two anonymous sources overheard Trump using the term “b——” when discussing Harris. These sources were granted anonymity to discuss these private conversations.

In response, Steven Cheung, a spokesperson for Trump’s campaign, refuted the allegations, stating, “President Trump has never used such language to describe Kamala Harris, nor would the campaign characterize her in that manner.”

Trump, a Republican known for his controversial remarks, has previously made disparaging comments about women and political opponents. He has referred to Harris and other prominent women, including 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, as “nasty.” Trump also faced backlash for his comments about grabbing women’s genitalia, revealed in the notorious “Access Hollywood” tape.

During the 2016 Republican primaries, Trump labeled his competitor Carly Fiorina as “horseface” in a debate. Recently, he falsely claimed that Harris, who is of Black and Asian descent, misrepresented her racial identity to voters.

Trump has also made disparaging remarks about men, branding former opponents Sen. Marco Rubio as “liddle Marco,” Sen. Ted Cruz as “lyin’ Ted,” and former Gov. Jeb Bush as “low energy Jeb.”

In a separate legal matter, Trump dismissed E. Jean Carroll, a writer who accused him of rape, as a “nut job” with a “fraudulent and false story” to promote her memoir. A New York jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse but not for rape in a civil suit brought by Carroll.
