Alabama Volunteer Firefighter Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

An Alabama volunteer firefighter was arrested Wednesday on eight counts of child pornography, according to authorities and jail records.
Robert Hancock, 26, from Clanton, is a volunteer firefighter with the Clanton Fire Department, as confirmed by Chief David Driver to Cotton State Chronicle.
Driver stated that he could not comment on Hancock’s employment status with the department due to the ongoing investigation.
Clanton County jail records indicate that Hancock is being held on a $120,000 bond.
He was booked into the jail late Wednesday morning on eight counts of possession of child pornography.
