Man Charged in 2015 Triple Homicide Outside Muscle Shoals Restaurant
Travis Eric Fallows, 35, has been charged with capital murder in the 2015 killings of Gary Baskins, Kayla Glover, and her unborn child outside Jody's Restaurant in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
In a significant development, a north Alabama man has been formally charged in connection with a tragic 2015 shooting that claimed the lives of a man, a pregnant woman, and her unborn child.
Travis Eric Fallows, 35, now faces four counts of capital murder, as announced by Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall on Wednesday. The charges stem from the fatal shootings of Gary Baskins, 25, Kayla Glover, 23, and Glover’s unborn child on January 24, 2015.
The incident took place outside Jody’s Restaurant, located on Alabama Highway 20 in Muscle Shoals. The victims were inside a vehicle when they were brutally gunned down.
Fallows was served with the indictment on Wednesday and is currently being held without bond. This case marks the second major indictment related to these murders. Shaun Michael Ryan was indicted on similar charges in 2021, with his trial scheduled for August 19.
The investigation, a collaborative effort between the Attorney General’s investigations division and the Muscle Shoals Police Department, has been ongoing for several years. Attorney General Marshall stated that if convicted, Fallows could face the death penalty or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
