Zac Brown's Wife Reveals Divorce Request Just Days After Wedding Celebration

Kelly Yazdi, the estranged wife of country music star Zac Brown, recently shared a surprising revelation on TikTok: Brown asked for a divorce shortly after their wedding celebration last November.

“We had our private wedding party in Nashville with family and friends,” Yazdi explained, “and just nine days later, Zac told me over Zoom that he wanted a divorce.”

Yazdi described the divorce as a “painful experience” and mentioned that she has remained quiet due to concerns about potential legal consequences.

“You haven’t heard from me in a while because I was afraid that speaking out might lead to more legal actions against me, threatening my freedom of speech,” she said.

Yazdi also shared that after Zac asked for a divorce, she refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that would have prevented her from ever discussing her life or relationship with Zac. “When I refused to sign the lifetime NDA, that’s when Zac filed for divorce in January,” she added. “A few weeks later, I was fired from my position as executive vice president of his company.”
