Discover Chick-fil-A's new drive-thru only restaurant in McDonough, Georgia. Featuring an elevated kitchen and advanced meal transport system, this location aims to boost service speed and efficiency.
Chick-fil-A is launching a new type of restaurant designed to serve more customers quickly and efficiently. The first of its kind, this new drive-thru only location has just opened in McDonough, Georgia, south of Atlanta.
This unique Chick-fil-A restaurant features four drive-thru lanes and a special elevated kitchen. The kitchen uses a conveyor belt system to move meals quickly from above to staff below. According to Chick-fil-A, the kitchen is twice as large as usual and can deliver a meal every six seconds.
Located at 2155 Jodeco Road, this restaurant does not have indoor dining. It will be open Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
This new design can handle two to three times more vehicles than a typical Chick-fil-A drive-thru. Customers can order either through the drive-thru lanes or the Chick-fil-A App with mobile-only options.
