Trump Slams Former Supporters Over Epstein File Obsession: I Don t Want Their Support Anymore

In a fiery Truth Social post on Wednesday, former President Donald Trump sharply criticized members of his own base for what he called blind belief in the so-called “Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” a conspiracy he says has been fueled by Democrats and the media to distract from his political successes.

Trump Slams Former Supporters Over Epstein File Obsession: I Don t Want Their Support Anymore

Trump didn’t mince words, labeling those former supporters “weaklings” and declaring he no longer wants their backing. “They’ve fallen for the latest scam from the radical left hook, line, and sinker,” he wrote, blasting the renewed interest in the Epstein files. “They haven’t learned a thing after being played for eight straight years.”

He went on to suggest that those still fixated on Epstein’s connections are being manipulated by the media and Democrats hungry for political wins. “All they want to talk about is the Epstein nonsense,” he said. “Meanwhile, we had historic victories under my leadership record-breaking success that they’ve completely ignored.”

Trump, clearly frustrated, warned his followers not to get sidetracked by what he views as yet another politically motivated distraction. “If these people want to spend their energy pushing Democrat talking points, let them. I don’t want their support anymore,” he added.

His post came just days after a joint statement from the FBI and the Department of Justice confirmed there is “no incriminating client list” and “no credible evidence” that Epstein blackmailed any of his alleged associates. The statement, first reported by Axios, has done little to quiet public speculation or online chatter.

Despite the official findings, calls for more transparency around Epstein’s case continue to circulate widely both from Trump’s critics and some of his former loyalists. But for Trump, the message is clear: He’s done entertaining what he sees as distractions from his political accomplishments.
