The high school volleyball season for AHSAA teams begins today, with the 42nd annual Juanita Boddie Invitational Tournament taking center stage on the first weekend.
This year, the Juanita Boddie Invitational has a record-breaking 77 teams competing at Hoover’s Finley Center. This is the largest number of teams in the tournament’s history. Among these teams, 15 are from outside Alabama, and most of the top large-school teams from the state will be participating.
