John Legend to Perform Solo Concert in Alabama

R&B superstar and “The Voice” coach, John Legend, will bring his “A Night of Songs and Stories” tour to Huntsville, Alabama. The solo performance is scheduled for October 12 at the Orion Amphitheater.

Tickets, ranging from $74 to $279 (plus applicable fees), go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday. They can be purchased at the Orion Box Office, located at 701 Amphitheater Drive N.W., or online at axs.com.

John Legend, born John Stephens, is renowned for his smooth vocals and masterful piano playing. His hit songs include “All of Me” and “Ordinary People,” and he has contributed his piano talents to tracks like Lauryn Hill’s “Everything is Everything.”

Legend has achieved the rare EGOT status, having won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony award. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and originally hails from Ohio.

Apart from his musical accomplishments, Legend is a vocal coach on the popular TV singing competition “The Voice.” He is married to supermodel Chrissy Teigen.

The Huntsville concert is currently the only Alabama date on Legend’s tour.
