**EXCLUSIVE: Trump Allies Unveil Strategy to Counter China’s Influence in the U.S.**

A pair of Trump allies are set to unveil a policy platform on Monday aimed at tackling the increasing influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in American institutions, as first reported by the Daily Caller.

Ric Grenell, former acting director of National Intelligence under Trump, and former New York Representative Lee Zeldin launched the “Protecting America Initiative” in August. This organization is dedicated to assisting lawmakers in passing legislation to curb the CCP's influence in the U.S., as previously covered by the Caller. The initiative will introduce a series of proposals designed to prevent the CCP from acquiring U.S. farmland, infiltrating critical infrastructure, and influencing higher education, according to a policy document reviewed by the Caller.

“Beijing does not prioritize the interests of Americans as it seeks to manipulate our food supply, economy, education, and businesses. China’s widespread influence and harmful intentions cannot be overlooked. If Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won’t defend Americans and our nation, states must take swift action,” Grenell stated to the Caller.

“We need strong, targeted policies to counter the CCP’s objectives in our country, and our policy plan is essential for state leaders to safeguard American interests,” he added.

To prevent Chinese ownership of U.S. farmland, the Protecting America Initiative proposes that any farms operated by China should lose their government financial support. Additionally, the organization recommends that each state conduct thorough reviews of foreign land purchases and ensure that U.S. agricultural companies produce their goods domestically rather than outsourcing to China.
