A tragic accident occurred on Interstate 59/20 in west Jefferson County, Alabama, where a woman from Bessemer lost her life.
The victim, 59-year-old Angela Gayle Dudley, was involved in a crash that happened shortly after midnight on Tuesday. Her vehicle was hit from behind by a tractor-trailer near mile marker 107 on I-59/20 in Bessemer.
Unfortunately, Angela Gayle Dudley was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:26 a.m.
The Bessemer police are currently investigating the accident to determine more details.
