The Verve Pipe comes to The Guild Theatre Thursday

Formed in Michigan in the early '90s, the rock band The Verve Pipe gained prominence with their 1996 major-label album *Villains*, which featured the hit single "The Freshman."
Following a hiatus in the early 2000s, the band explored children's and family music before returning to their rock roots with the 2014 album *Overboard*. They released *Threads* in 2021. Continuing to record and perform, the group is currently on tour and will be stopping at The Guild.
