Country music sensation Lauren Alaina recently reached out to her fans with a heartfelt message as she continues to grieve the loss of her father, J.J. Suddeth. The 29-year-old singer shared her gratitude on Instagram, expressing her appreciation for the love and support she’s received during this difficult time.
Two weeks after announcing her father's passing, Alaina took to social media to thank everyone who has been there for her. "Thank you," she began. "I can't find the words to fully express how grateful I am right now. Thank you to everyone who has checked on me and continued to support me. Thank you to Jason Aldean, Brittany Aldean, and your entire team for treating me like family. Thank you to my husband for being my rock, holding me together day and night. I'm also deeply thankful for my brother, sister, and their beautiful children, who have been bringing smiles to my face with FaceTimes at all hours. I want to extend my thanks to my mom and stepdad for joining me on the road, and to my team for providing a loving environment while I’m touring. Most importantly, I want to thank Jesus for His unwavering love and the strength of God’s Kingdom, which is surrounding us as we navigate through this pain and sorrow. I'll see you all this weekend in Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania."
Alaina initially announced her father’s passing last month through a post on X (formerly known as Twitter). "We lost my daddy last night, and I’m still at a loss for words," she wrote. "Unfortunately, I won’t be able to perform the three shows scheduled for this weekend in Savannah, Virginia Beach, and Charlotte, as I need to be with my family. Thank you for your prayers and understanding. Pinky."
