Early Sunday morning, the Walmart Eufaula Facebook page informed the community, stating, "Attention Eufaula and surrounding areas, we regret to inform you that your local Eufaula Walmart is temporarily closed for the foreseeable future. We are working hard to reopen as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
In addition to the store’s closure, the Walmart Eufaula page also posted a separate update, notifying customers that the store’s pharmacy will remain closed until further notice.
