Some liberal leaders oppose doing business with Musk due to his political views, but Josh Shapiro remains unfazed.

While many politicians in blue states are hesitant to pursue the economic advantages of a partnership with Elon Musk due to his political stance, Pennsylvania's Josh Shapiro is not backing down. 

Shapiro spoke with Musk on Sunday after billionaire Thomas Tull introduced them at a Pittsburgh Steelers game, according to NBC.

Thomas and Elon were at the Steelers game together and called me about some ideas that Elon Musk has in investing in Pennsylvania, creating jobs and economic opportunity, and I was pleased to hear about it,” Shapiro said, according to NBC.
