HERKIMER COUNTY
Town of Manheim/Town of St Johnsville: (D#265084) Route 5 between Snells Bush Road and Old State Road. Motorists will encounter long term shoulder closures in both directions on the bridge over the East Canada Creek.
Village of Herkimer: (D#265230) South Washington Street (Route 922B) between Route 5 (E/W State Street) and Route 5S. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to drainage and manhole alterations, curb ramp repairs/replacement, milling and paving operations.
Town of Russia, Town of Ohio: (D#264956) Route 8 between Military Road and Route 365. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to punchlist work.
Village of West Winfield: (D#265131) Route 20 between Route 51 and Stafford Road. Motorists will encounter lane and/or shoulder closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to culvert work.
Town of Newport: (D#265084) Route 28 between White Creek Road and Castle Road. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to wing wall replacement. There will be temporary signals in place flashing yellow for 1 week.
ONEIDA COUNTY
Village of New Hartford: (D#264929) Genesee Street between Golf Ave and Richardson Ave. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to pedestrian signal work, traffic signal work, sidewalk, and curb installation. Paving operations along with drainage and manhole adjustments.
Village of New York Mills, Town of New Hartford, City of Utica: (D#265230) Burrstone Road between Main Street and Notre Dame Lane. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to paving, striping and topsoil work.
City of Utica: (D#265179) North Genesee Street between Auert Ave and Weaver Street. Motorists will encounter daily north bound lane closures between Weaver Street and Auert Ave due to work at the off ramp from I-790 east bound to North Genesee Street south bound. There will also be daily shoulder closures on the off ramp from I-790 east bound & Thruway exit ramp to North Genesee Street south bound. The east side sidewalk between WellNow Urgent Care and Auert Ave will be closed to pedestrian traffic. Pedestrians will be detoured to use the sidewalk on the west side. North Genesee Street north bound between the NYS Thruway off ramp and Auert Ave will have a right lane closure that will be up continuously from Monday 8/12 to Friday 8/16 for curb and barrier removal/replacement.
City of Utica: (D#265179) Route 5S between Cornelia Street and Broad Street. Motorists will encounter left lane closures in both directions due to center median work.
Town of Verona: (D#264143) Route 46 between Route 316 (Lake Road) and Route 31. Motorists will encounter a full road closure with a signed detour in place due to bridge replacement. The detour will utilize Route 31 and Route 316.
Town of Bridgewater: (D#265084) Route 8 at Route 20. Motorists will encounter shoulder closures due to culvert cleaning.
City of Utica (BIN 4051710) North Genesee Street between Wurz Ave and Weaver Street. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to the inspection of the bridge over the Mohawk River.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Town of Florida: (D#264940) Route 5S between Main Street and Target Ave. Motorists will encounter lane closures/ lane shifts in both directions with flaggers in place due to the installation of shoulder backup material and the installation of bioswales. There will also be a long term east bound shoulder closure throughout the week.
Town of Root: (D#265133) Route 162 over Canyon Road. Canyon Road will be closed in the area of the bridge. This will be for the replacement of the deck on Route 162. Route 162 will be closed between Route 5S and Flat Creek Road. A signed detour will be in place using Route 5S to Route 30A to Route 162.
Village of Palatine Bridge: Route 5 between Route 10 and Route 80. Motorists will encounter an east bound lane closure/ lane shift with flaggers in place due to punchlist work, sidewalk removal and installation.
City of Amsterdam: E. Main Street (Route 5) @ Vrooman Ave. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions due to gas main work.
Village of Canajoharie: (D#265260) Route 5S between Mitchell Street and Cunningham Road. Motorists will encounter lane shifts in both directions due to mobilization, sign installation, and the alteration of drainage structures.
Village of Canajoharie: (D#265260) Moyer Street (Route 920T) between Montgomery Street and Maple Ave. Motorists will encounter lane shifts in both directions due to mobilization, sign installation, and the alteration of drainage structures.
FULTON COUNTY
Town of Mayfield, Town of Broadalbin: Route 29 between Route 30 and the Saratoga County line. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with flaggers in place due to paving operations.
HAMILTON COUNTY
Town of Arietta: (D#264867) Route 28 at the South Inlet of Raquette Lake. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with the continuous use of temporary signals construction activities.
Town of Indian Lake: (D#265134) Route 30 over Jessup River. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to bridge and guiderail work.
Town of Indian Lake: (D#265134) Route 30 over Squaw Brook. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to bridge and guiderail work.
Town of Lake Pleasant: (D#265134) Route 30 over Lewey Lake. Motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions with temporary signals in place due to bridge and guiderail work.
*Guiderail work will be occurring in various locations on Route 30 in Hamilton County. Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures with flaggers in place.
*Crack sealing operations will be occurring on various routes in Montgomery and Fulton Counties. There will be short term lane closures/ lane shifts with flaggers in place. All work is weather dependent.
*Pavement Marking operations will be occurring on various routes in Oneida and Madison Counties. Lane shifts and possible lane closures with flaggers in place. Work will occur daily and overnight. All work is weather dependent.
*Bridge cleaning operations will be occurring on various routes in Herkimer, Montgomery, and Fulton Counties. There will be short term lane closures with flaggers in place. All work is weather dependent.
