Throughout the practice, Alabama's first-team lineup took shape, with players across various positions demonstrating their readiness for the upcoming season. Availability Report:
While many of Alabama’s top players took part in the Fan Day practice, several others were notably limited in their participation. Offensive guards Tyler Booker and Jaeden Roberts, along with running backs Jam Miller and Richard Young, were present but spent their time walking stadium steps and using resistance bands rather than engaging in drills. Running back Daniel Hill was also sidelined, with his arm in a sling, while linebacker Jihaad Campbell was spotted on a stationary bike. Despite these limitations, all of these players, including Jalen Hale, who suffered a significant leg injury in spring football, were seen signing autographs after practice.
Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer addressed the team's injury status following Saturday's scrimmage, noting that the team has avoided major injuries thus far.
“Staying relatively healthy, just your typical fall camp stuff,” DeBoer commented on Saturday. “Guys dinged up here and there, but nothing more than what you’d expect.”
As Alabama continues to fine-tune its lineup, the Crimson Tide remains focused on maintaining their health and building a strong foundation for the 2024 season.
