The special menu lets customers choose between a Quarter Pounder with Cheese or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, paired with McDonald’s world-famous French fries. But the real showstopper is the dessert the brand-new “Blue Lava” shake.

Topped with whimsical pink whipped “clouds”, the shake is described as an ode to the mystical McDonaldland volcano, bringing an unexpected twist to McDonald’s flavor lineup.
