Grace Kelley, Daughter of Wynonna Judd, Arrested on New Charges in Georgia Following Previous Alabama Incident
Grace Kelley, daughter of country star Wynonna Judd, faces new charges in Georgia after a previous arrest in Alabama. Details on her ongoing legal issues.
Grace Kelley, daughter of country music icon Wynonna Judd, was arrested on Saturday in Carroll County, Georgia, facing three new misdemeanor charges. According to reports, Kelley was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and improper use of motorcycle equipment. She was released after posting a $2,750 bond.
This latest incident follows a previous arrest in April in Millbrook, Alabama, where Kelley was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, both misdemeanors. Court documents reveal that Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at a busy intersection near Interstate 65 and Highway 14. When officers attempted to arrest her, Kelley reportedly refused to identify herself and sat down on the roadside, refusing to comply with police commands.
Kelley’s legal troubles date back several years. In August 2021, she was arrested for violating probation related to a 2016 methamphetamine possession charge. More recently, in May 2023, she was arrested for violating a restraining order and an order of protection, as well as for violating parole.
