Trump Files $10 Billion Lawsuit Against CBS Over Edited '60 Minutes' Interview with Harris

Former President Donald Trump has filed a $10 billion lawsuit against CBS, claiming the network manipulated a recent segment of “60 Minutes” to favor Vice President Kamala Harris.

The lawsuit asserts that CBS aired a selective version of Harris’s response to a key question regarding the Israel-Hamas conflict, omitting parts that questioned the Biden administration's position on Israel’s military actions. Trump’s legal team contends that this editing amounted to “deliberate deception,” allowing Harris to evade criticism for what they describe as a “word salad” of unclear messaging.

The lawsuit argues that the edit unfairly enhanced Harris’s image ahead of the upcoming election. It seeks a jury trial and $10 billion in damages under Texas laws against deceptive business practices.
