Chili’s, a renowned restaurant chain, is revolutionizing the way customers pay by partnering with Ziosk across more than 1,100 locations. This strategic move aims to simplify the payment process and enhance overall service efficiency.

With the integration of Ziosk tablets, customers can conveniently pay their bills directly at the table. This innovation is set to impact approximately 90% of Chili’s locations, significantly streamlining operations.

The Dallas-based Ziosk platform offers additional features beyond payment processing. Customers can now enroll in and engage with the My Chili’s Rewards program and enjoy interactive games at their tables, making dining at Chili’s even more enjoyable.

This decision follows a successful pilot program that demonstrated the platform’s effectiveness.
