 In an unexpected call to "The View" on March 14, former talk show host Wendy Williams pleaded with the judge who declared her "legally incapable" and her court-appointed guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, to "get off my neck."

Additionally, Williams, who has had guardianship since 2022, stated unequivocally that she desires a new guardian. She made the call a few days after being moved to a hospital on March 10 from an assisted living home.

Williams Discusses Her Health

Regarding her latest hospital stay, Williams said, "I was experiencing a little agita." "I just needed some fresh air on the memory unit level where I live. I had to go to the doctor. I visited the hospital for that reason.

She went on to explain that she had blood testing for her thyroid and underlined that she made the choice to have her condition evaluated by a third party.

"I choose to obtain an impartial assessment of my incapacitation, which I do not currently possess. How can they claim that I am incapacitated? I don't.

A Locked Memory Unit is Life

Williams also talked about her living situation, stating that she lives in a secured memory care unit and is not allowed to leave.

She declared, "I am only allowed to remain on this floor." "Why am I on the memory unit floor, where folks are 90, 80, and 70 years old? Do you understand what I mean?
