Billionaire investor Mark Cuban stated on CNN that the border crisis “got away” from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris because their compassion led them to underestimate the number of people wanting to cross.
Over the past three years, Republican lawmakers have criticized the record-high border crossings under the Biden-Harris administration, with U.S. Border Patrol reporting over 1.6 million encounters in fiscal year 2021, up from 405,036 the previous year. On “Erin Burnett OutFront,” Cuban noted that while the administration initially struggled with the issue, Biden ultimately “learned” from the experience and issued an executive order three years later.
