During her concert in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, on Friday, country music sensation Carly Pearce made headlines by confronting an unruly fan. The Grammy Award-winning artist had been sharing personal stories with the audience when a disruptive individual reportedly shouted, “No one cares.”
Pearce did not hesitate to address the situation directly. In a video shared on X/Twitter, she can be heard saying, “Someone get him out of here. I don’t want him at my show. If you’re going to be rude, you’ll have to say it to my face and then leave. I have no patience for that kind of behavior. Goodbye!”
This was a first for Pearce, who noted that it was the first time she had to have a fan removed from her show. In a follow-up video on social media, Pearce elaborated, “I don’t think he should have been at my show if he’s going to speak to me like that. If someone is going to be that disrespectful, they are not welcome here.”
