Democratic strategist James Carville expressed frustration on Friday over the media's tendency to portray the Democratic Party in a “negative light.” This came during a heated discussion with CNN’s Jake Tapper regarding Vice President Kamala Harris’ polling in crucial swing states.

Carville noted that the race between Harris and former President Donald Trump has tightened in key states, particularly raising alarms about Michigan. During his appearance on “The Lead with Jake Tapper,” Carville challenged Tapper and CNN senior data reporter Harry Enten, who had previously highlighted Harris’ struggles in the Michigan polls.
